How we use your details

This notice covers event registration and training-sponsorship applications at register.leadwisebiz.com, operated by Leadwise Business International Ltd.

What we collect and why

Both forms ask for your full name, Nigerian phone number and selected city. Email is optional. A sponsorship application also records your training category and review status. We keep the submission time and the version of the rules you accepted.

We use these details to administer your event registration or training application, prevent repeat submissions using the same phone number, and contact you about that registration or application. Phone numbers are self-reported, not verified by text message. Event registrations and sponsorship applications are kept in separate records. Applying does not sign you up for marketing.

Who can access the records

Authorised Leadwise administrators can view and export the contact details for event and training administration. Event entrance staff can check limited registration and entry-code details for their selected city. The public cannot browse your contact details.

The website runs on Vercel and stores records in a Neon PostgreSQL database. These service providers process data to operate the website. Administrators are responsible for protecting any downloaded exports. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Phone protection and entry codes

Phone numbers are encrypted in the application database, with a separate protected value used to detect repeats. Names and optional emails are stored with the private registration or application record.

Your full event entry code appears after registration. We save a protected version and its final four characters, not a readable copy of the full code. Save it before leaving the page. Sponsorship references are stored for application administration and are not event entry codes.

Sponsorship referral campaign

Your application reference appears in a personal shareable referral link. That link does not reveal your name, phone number or email, or allow access to your private application. The receipt offers the WhatsApp group for your chosen city. Joining is optional and opens WhatsApp; its own privacy settings apply, and group members may see information such as your phone number.

A supporter explicitly confirms support after signing in and verifying Instagram and TikTok on vote.leadwisebiz.com. Leadwise sends protected Google-account, phone and social-account identifiers—not raw contact details, passwords or access tokens—to this registration system to prevent repeat credit and self-referrals. Only completed referrals are counted. Existing followers may count; these checks do not establish when a follow began or prove a unique natural person.

Authorised administrators see applicant totals and can export the leaderboard. Supporter identifiers are not included in that export or optional analytics. Referral-attempt records are removed after expiry plus one day. Protected supporter identifiers are removed within the next hourly cleanup after 90 days following the campaign deadline; aggregate applicant totals remain for review. Wider access or deletion requests can be sent to the contact below. Removing voting-profile details does not reset referral credit or automatically remove these separate protected identifiers.

Website preferences and analytics

Essential records keep submissions, security and administration working. If you allow optional analytics, we also count website views and form starts. These counts do not include your name, phone, email, form answers or entry code. Declining analytics does not stop registration. Your analytics preference is remembered in this browser.

Keeping and correcting your details

Records are kept for event administration, application review and related support. Contact us to ask about your record, correct details or request deletion. Requests are reviewed by the team; there is no automatic self-service deletion on this website. We may need to confirm that the request concerns your own record without asking for a password. Removal from backups may take longer than removal from active records.
